At Shanubogh Enterprises, we are committed to delivering high-quality software services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
Refunds:
- Refunds are offered within 15 days of the purchase date or within 15 days of the service being rendered, whichever comes first.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the service.
- Refunds are not applicable to services that have been completed or partially completed.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to business@shanuboghenterprises.com and include relevant details such as the invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS
Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel a service before it has commenced, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made after the service has commenced may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, such as the inability to deliver the service as promised, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing and sent to business@shanuboghenterprises.com.
